1. What makes Divine Harmony fragrances unique?

All blends are proprietary and hand-crafted in small batches. Each fragrance is created with intention, using premium oils designed for long-lasting wear.

2. Are your scents oils or sprays?

Our 10ml sizes are roll-on oils.
Our 20ml bottles are atomizers, offering a fine, lightweight mist.

3. How long do your fragrances last?

Because our formulas are rich in premium oils, they last longer on the skin compared to alcohol-based perfumes. Longevity varies based on skin chemistry and environment.

4. Do you accept returns?

Yes — we accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances. Please refer to refund policy.

5. How long does shipping take?

Processing: 1–3 business days
Delivery: Varies by carrier and location.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but we are working toward expanding our shipping zones.

7. My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of damage

We’ll review and provide a solution. Please refer to return policy for more details.

8. Can I update my order after purchase?

If your order has not shipped yet, email us immediately.
We cannot guarantee changes, but we’ll try our best.
